Thank you very much for using the Kankakei Ropeway.
The ropeway will be closed for the following period due to facility renovation work.
Ropeway suspension period
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding from Wednesday, January 14th to Friday, February 6th, 2026.
During the suspension of service, the shop, snack bar, and restaurant for group reservations will remain open as usual.
*Our regular sightseeing buses are also not permitted to board the ropeway. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As a substitute, we will provide Shodoshima specialties. We apologize for any inconvenience. (Updated June 18, 2025)
