Island Tour Bus Q&A
If there are seats available, you can board on the day. However, there may be cases where you cannot board if the bus is fully booked, so we recommend that you plan your trip and make a reservation in advance.

Island Tour Sightseeing Bus Cancellation Policy
Counting back from the day before the trip start date, cancellation up to two days before the trip start date is free. Cancellation the day before the trip start date (24 hours before departure): 50% of the trip fare. Cancellation on the day the trip starts: 100% of the trip fare. No notice or no-show: 100% of the trip fare. 5 Cancellation after the trip has started: 100% of the trip fare.
We do not offer waiting lists for cancellations. Please check the calendar for availability.
Unless otherwise stated, child rates apply to children aged 6 to 12 years old.
Children under 6 years old can travel free of charge, but will not be provided with a seat.
If you would like a bus seat for a child under 6 years old, please reserve the child fare.
There are several steps at the bus entrance and exit, and some facilities are not barrier-free.
*Manual folding wheelchairs will be stored in the trunk of the bus while traveling. Depending on their size, they may not be able to fit in the trunk.
* Seats are reserved. Seat numbers will be determined when you receive your reserved seat ticket at the platform ticket counter.
*We do not accept seat reservations from customers.
*If you are traveling with three or more people, you may be seated in front or behind the bus.
*If you make a reservation for an odd number of people, you may be seated together.
To cancel an online reservation, you can do so on the "Reservation Confirmation Screen" if a cancel button is displayed. (Some conditions apply.)

Large luggage such as carry-on bags and strollers can be loaded into the trunk of the bus.
Please feel free to inform the driver when you board the bus. Please also keep any valuables with you.
As a general rule, we do not allow animals on board, with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs. (Please understand that some people dislike animals or have allergies.)
There are no toilets on board. Please use the restrooms at each sightseeing spot where you disembark.
Smoking is prohibited inside our bus tours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
You may leave the bus at any tourist spot. However, please note that we will not refund fares or admission fees after you leave. If you wish to leave, please inform the driver on the day.

Any costs incurred in arranging collection and delivery will be borne by the customer.
Pick-up is available at the store or by courier (cash on delivery).
Chartered Taxi Q&A
We are sorry, but payment must be made in cash. However, if you apply online, you can pay by credit card.
A medium-sized taxi can accommodate up to four people, and a jumbo taxi can accommodate up to nine people.
There are no entrance fees or meal fees. However, please note that if you wish to be accompanied to a tourist spot, you will need to pay the entrance fee.

Please contact us as soon as possible as some dates may fill up early.
Tolls for toll roads and accommodation for the driver and meals at the accommodation will be charged if an overnight stay is required. Fuel costs are included in the bus fare.
Our business area is Kagawa Prefecture. We can accept orders if either the departure or arrival point is in the above area.
Please transfer the fare and fees to the designated account in advance. You can also pay in cash on the day.
Cancellation fees will be charged from 14 days prior to the date of use.
Article 15 of the Chartered Bus Transportation Terms and Conditions states that cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date will incur a 20% penalty, cancellations made between 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time will incur a 30% penalty, cancellations made the day before will incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made on the day of the pick-up date and time will incur a 100% penalty.
If you follow the route (itinerary) as booked, there will be no additional fare due to the delay.
