Can I ride without a reservation?

If there are seats available, you can board on the day. However, there may be cases where you cannot board if the bus is fully booked, so we recommend that you plan your trip and make a reservation in advance.

I thought I had completed my reservation, but I haven't received an email!

Your message may not be sent for the following reasons:
・There was an error in the email address
・Your spam filter is set to "Junk mail" (please check your spam folder)
- Transmission is taking time due to line congestion

Is there a cancellation fee?

Island Tour Sightseeing Bus Cancellation Policy
Counting back from the day before the trip start date, cancellation up to two days before the trip start date is free. Cancellation the day before the trip start date (24 hours before departure): 50% of the trip fare. Cancellation on the day the trip starts: 100% of the trip fare. No notice or no-show: 100% of the trip fare. 5 Cancellation after the trip has started: 100% of the trip fare.

Can I wait for a cancellation?

We do not offer waiting lists for cancellations. Please check the calendar for availability.

I'm bringing a small child with me. Will there be a child fare?

Unless otherwise stated, child rates apply to children aged 6 to 12 years old.
Children under 6 years old can travel free of charge, but will not be provided with a seat.
If you would like a bus seat for a child under 6 years old, please reserve the child fare.

Can I participate in a wheelchair?

There are several steps at the bus entrance and exit, and some facilities are not barrier-free.
*Manual folding wheelchairs will be stored in the trunk of the bus while traveling. Depending on their size, they may not be able to fit in the trunk.

Are the seats on the bus reserved?

* Seats are reserved. Seat numbers will be determined when you receive your reserved seat ticket at the platform ticket counter.
*We do not accept seat reservations from customers.
*If you are traveling with three or more people, you may be seated in front or behind the bus.
*If you make a reservation for an odd number of people, you may be seated together.

Who should I contact if I need to make a change or cancel?

To cancel an online reservation, you can do so on the "Reservation Confirmation Screen" if a cancel button is displayed. (Some conditions apply.)
If you wish to change your reservation, please contact Shodoshima Kotsu at 0879-62-1203.

Can I store large luggage (carry-on bags, suitcases, strollers, etc.)?

Large luggage such as carry-on bags and strollers can be loaded into the trunk of the bus.
Please feel free to inform the driver when you board the bus. Please also keep any valuables with you.

Bringing animals on board

As a general rule, we do not allow animals on board, with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs. (Please understand that some people dislike animals or have allergies.)

Is there a toilet on the bus?

There are no toilets on board. Please use the restrooms at each sightseeing spot where you disembark.

Can I smoke inside the car?

Smoking is prohibited inside our bus tours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Can I leave the tour in the middle of the course?

You may leave the bus at any tourist spot. However, please note that we will not refund fares or admission fees after you leave. If you wish to leave, please inform the driver on the day.

I left something on the bus!

Please contact Shodoshima Kotsu at 0879-62-1203 by email or phone with details of your lost item.
Any costs incurred in arranging collection and delivery will be borne by the customer.
Pick-up is available at the store or by courier (cash on delivery).

Can I pay by credit card?

We are sorry, but payment must be made in cash. However, if you apply online, you can pay by credit card.

How many people can ride?

A medium-sized taxi can accommodate up to four people, and a jumbo taxi can accommodate up to nine people.

Do I need to pay the driver's entrance fee and meal fee?

There are no entrance fees or meal fees. However, please note that if you wish to be accompanied to a tourist spot, you will need to pay the entrance fee.

Can I ask the driver to take a photo?

Yes, that's fine. We will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have so that you can have a comfortable stay.

When should I apply for the bus?

Please contact us as soon as possible as some dates may fill up early.

Is there anything else I need besides the bus fare?

Tolls for toll roads and accommodation for the driver and meals at the accommodation will be charged if an overnight stay is required. Fuel costs are included in the bus fare.

Can you deliver anywhere?

Our business area is Kagawa Prefecture. We can accept orders if either the departure or arrival point is in the above area.

How can I pay for bus fares and fees?

Please transfer the fare and fees to the designated account in advance. You can also pay in cash on the day.

What are the cancellation fees if I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation fees will be charged from 14 days prior to the date of use.
Article 15 of the Chartered Bus Transportation Terms and Conditions states that cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date will incur a 20% penalty, cancellations made between 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time will incur a 30% penalty, cancellations made the day before will incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations made on the day of the pick-up date and time will incur a 100% penalty.

Will the fare change if I exceed the planned time due to traffic congestion?

If you follow the route (itinerary) as booked, there will be no additional fare due to the delay.
