The Island Tour Bus is a convenient sightseeing bus that departs and arrives at Tonosho Port and tours the tourist spots of Shodoshima in one day. 10:15-16:15
Recommended for those who can't decide where to start sightseeing on Shodoshima or are worried about driving in unfamiliar areas. A guide (in Japanese) is also included, so it's safe for those visiting Shodoshima for the first time.

*(1) About the Kankekei Ropeway
  This bus goes to the top of Mt.
  If you wish to use the ropeway, you can take a one-way trip from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain (Hongyun-tei Station).
  One-way fare (please refer to the official Kanzakkei ropeway website for the fare).
  Please pay the one-way fare at the ticket office at the top of the mountain.

  The bus will pick you up at the foot of the mountain (Hongyun-tei Station).
  If you do not use the ropeway, you can enjoy lunch and sightseeing at the top of the mountain and then take the bus to the foot of the mountain (Hongyunjeong Station).
  The bus will take you from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain (Hongyunjeong Station).

*(2) By way of Ginnamaura, you can get off near the hotel where you are staying.

From April 1, 2025, bus fare, Choshikei admission fee, Nijushi no Eigamura admission fee, and one-way ropeway fare are included (lunch and ferry fare are excluded).

Choshikei Osarunokuni

About 500 wild monkeys that have been fed live there, and it is designated as a natural monument in Kagawa Prefecture as a group of Japanese monkeys in the Choshi Valley.

Shodoshima 88 sacred places tour

"Shodoshima Island is a place of ascetic practices for Kobo Daishi, and a place of prayer and training for pilgrims. The Shodoshima Island 88 sacred places are called the Island of Pilgrimage and Training. The entire process is approximately 38 ri (about 150 km), and 94 sacred places including 6 inner temples with mountains, valleys, fields and cliffs, all of which go through official sacred places.
